With thirteen different colors and six more on the way, we understand that it might be a bit difficult to pick the one that is right for you. We have decided to make a series of blog posts with different colors being the main subject to make things a bit easier and show how the boxes look in natural environment.
White Wash is one of our top colors and is liked by many of our clients. We usually recommend to engrave these boxes after the staining so that the engraving uncovers the natural light brown layer of wood therefore the logo or the names of the newlyweds are clearly seen. However, there is an option to stain these boxes after the engraving. That way the artwork will be almost the same color as the box itself. We generally do not recommend this option for thin fonts or small graphics on white wash color, but if the logo/font is bold and quite large, we can definitely go for it.
The color of these boxes is not completely white but has a little yellow hue to it and the natural wood grain is clearly visible. We also love that the prints in this box really stand out because of the contrast the white wood gives.
